Very efficient, quiet and energy rating is fantastic. Drum load is great size bigger than expected and performance is great as each load is dry within the time selected. Condenser tray is easy to remove at waist height with a light indicator to tell you when it's time to empty including filter. Even has a selection for delicates and refresh option. Very happy with this product. Only negative is the condenser tray fills within a few loads so regularly needs emptying but I suppose this clearly shows it's performing well so not really a negative just inconvenience.

This drier is as good as it looks. The instructions are clear and it is advisable to give it a try with a small load just to see how all the parts work together to give you a satisfactory outcome to your daily/weekly wash. It fits perfectly in the space allotted to it in the kitchen and looks as if it has always been there. Our old drier gave us good service over 40 plus years and we were rather sad to see it go, but the replacement from AO has touched our hearts already and we can't wait for our next wash!!

Great product easy to use I bought for my elderly grandparents who have NEVER owned a tumble dryer and they feel it has changed their life The drum size is perfect for them and manages their drying easily. They can work the timer, and are very pleased with their new modern product!

I am a 70 year old man who I recently purchased this product and have used it a small number of times . That said ,I found it easy to understand the instructions and really simple to use the machine. The 10 minute refresh programme is very useful as is the number of other settings .It is reasonably quiet and being B rated the use of power is pretty low. keeping the running cost low I find it difficult to find anything I dislike but perhaps the setting nob could be a little sturdier.

The tumble dryer is very quiet in comparison to my old Beko . You can set how long you want to dry the washing for . No negatives all positives !

Very happy with the condenser tumble dryer. Really easy to operate and really like the fact you can put how long you want it to run for. Was a bit dubious about this to start with but after a couple of loads I knew exactly how long the clothes needed to be in the drier for. Also l had a door which I couldn't see through before so the fact I can see the clothes going round and getting dry is great. 7kg drier is plenty for the amount I dry. You can't go wrong with this one.
