Great service from the outset, two burly chaps struggled to get my old big freezer out of the house but they did it with a smile . Nice and quiet freezer and it has a light inside and a pizza storage area . Yey.

Identified this product because of its capacity and we are not disappointed. Our old freezer was 14 years old and had become very noisy. Plastic parts had started to fail so we took the plunge. This is a great freezer with all the room it promised even room for a small Pizza in the door and yes it does fit. Controls are easy to understand. The temperature display does turn off after a few seconds and I would prefer it did not but that's the only negative I can find and touching a button displays it again so not a show stopper. It has some very deep drawers so Turkey is no problem indeed tongue in cheek a small Emu would probably fit. Comes with an interesting Ice cube maker which we have yet to try. The finish is good and it does have a metal back for those interested in such things. Did I mention its quite? It makes our old freezer sound like a 747 on full thrust takeoff. So far very happy with this device.

So very pleased with our new freezer, the drawers are Huge, and hold an awful lot of food. Love the inside Light, this is so helpful as it stands in our Verandah, so No need to switch on the light. The only downside is The Pizza shelf is not big enough,as my grandchildren Enjoy large pizzas, but because I love the space provided I’ve bought an apple pie which fits perfectly. 4.9 points out of 5

The AO delivery guys helpfully lifted the freezer over a table for us. Got all the sticky tape off and rolled it into the cupboard and it made a scraping noise from the bottom and would not level. Had a look underneath and the metal cross member that supports the compressor was bent downwards it was below the castors at the back, so it just wobbled and could not be levelled. AO are waiting for the next delivery before replacing. I do not know how this could have happend.

Amazing product, lovely to have an internal light and being frost free, even better. No more messy wet defrosting. Very spacious too. This product will look excellent in my new utility room. Had lots of positive comments from friends and family. Money well spent.

Excellent product great service and very helpful delivery team

Very spacious although the food from our 25 year old freezer didn't all go in even though the exterior dimensions of the Haier were quite a lot bigger. However, we no longer have to worry about defrosting and it is very quiet. The interior light is useful and the door alarm will no doubt come in handy as we have been known not to close the door properly. One small problem is that only the front of the freezer can be levelled with a couple of adjustable legs, which doesn't help if the back is uneven.
