Very spacious although the food from our 25 year old freezer didn't all go in even though the exterior dimensions of the Haier were quite a lot bigger. However, we no longer have to worry about defrosting and it is very quiet. The interior light is useful and the door alarm will no doubt come in handy as we have been known not to close the door properly. One small problem is that only the front of the freezer can be levelled with a couple of adjustable legs, which doesn't help if the back is uneven.

Bought in September, had new fan fitted in November and it has broken down again!! Manufacturers do not replace any food lost despite a week waiting for engineer to come out and then probably another week waiting for another fan to repair it again!! Not frost free at all as it blocks up!! Do not buy!!

This was a 'distress purchase' - my freezer broke down right at the start of the Covid-19 crisis lockdown. I have a large family who had all suddenly descended home from jobs and universities etc. and I needed my freezer more than ever! The freezer has wonderful cavernous drawers which are sturdily built and the door has a soft opening. It feels like the Audi of freezers - quality every time you open and close the door! And no need to defrost which is great. I'm really delighted with the capacity, look and feel of the freezer - and the service was swift and easy.

The first purchase of the Haier upright A** freezer has been a great choice. My number 1: Very Quiet 2: Great space in the interior 3: Internal light is very neat 4: Led Temperature Control Panel is also so useful on door 4: The door handle is also well designed and strong Overall this has been a great purchase I will be looking at other Haier appliances should I need any in the future

This is the second haier freezer I have bought . It is very well priced . Has large, wide drawers which is hard to find now that most freezers have very thick walls and tiny inside. It is frost free and very easy to clean . Easy to order any replacement parts. All round , very good purchase

Amazing product, lovely to have an internal light and being frost free, even better. No more messy wet defrosting. Very spacious too. This product will look excellent in my new utility room. Had lots of positive comments from friends and family. Money well spent.

So very pleased with our new freezer, the drawers are Huge, and hold an awful lot of food. Love the inside Light, this is so helpful as it stands in our Verandah, so No need to switch on the light. The only downside is The Pizza shelf is not big enough,as my grandchildren Enjoy large pizzas, but because I love the space provided I’ve bought an apple pie which fits perfectly. 4.9 points out of 5

I needed a bigger freezer after moving home & downsizing meant I had to get rid of my American style fridge freezer. This meant that my other upright freezer wasn’t large bough as my only freezer. I knew that I wanted a freezer with a light, a door open alarm, & a temperature display. I looked at a Samsung model, which I really liked, but couldn’t justify the higher price. This fits all my criteria & is attractive too, although it’s in my utility room so not an issue really! Pluses are the great capacity, the light, frost free, ease of use, glass shelves rather than plastic coated wire as with my previous freezer. Minuses- the top shelf has the same irritating‘issue’ as with my previous freezer - in that it’s not straight above it, there is a curved top- this means that some space is wasted as many time s won’t fit to the back of the shelf due to this curve. It’s not a deal breaker but is an irritant! I’d have preferred more open glass shelves rather than more drawers as so much easier to see items & get them in & out . With a drawer or flap to a shelf , if your freezer door abuts a wall then it has to be accounted for in order for it to open wide enough to drop the flap down &/ or slide a drawer in/ out. There were a couple of slight scratches to the edge by the handle - nothing major but I noticed them!! If it’d been in my kitchen I might’ve considered having a replacement but as it’s in the utility it’s not too bad. The handle is great, with its ease of release & it feels strong & good quality. It seems quiet, although as it’s in my utility I obviously don’t notice it anyway! All in all, for it’s price & capacity I’m very pleased with it.
