I bought this product 3 years ago and just got a new dryer. Absolute trash! Mains plug started discolouring and then the fuse holder disintegrated which is a clear sign that it has not been correctly rated for the power of the dryer, Major safety issue! Would start dryer and nothing would happen, had to manually spin to eventually get it to start. When it wouldn't start there would be a concerning burning smell! This eventually got more frequent and would permiate into the clothes, making them smell awful! this could be attributed to motor brushes failing, but making your clothes smell like burning electronics! Very bad design! Touch buttons on panel would not work properly as the condensation from the drying colthes would affect their operation. Very bad design! Dial control is very slow to respond and too many options! turn on and dry my clothes please! Pointless WiFi connectivity - just a gimic! you have to put it into WiFi mode on the dial - then why both using the app? App tells you nothing useful about the status of your laundry, just how long is left on your cycle. what about power usage? setting time for off peak usage? is the condenser tank full? setting schedule for cleaning condenser filter? Lint trap status? its pointless to have large drum capcity if the motor and even the wiring aren't up to the larger load! Not worth the money for a potential fire hazard! Would give minus stars if possible!

It's a washer dryer with a big drum so it's doing what it says on the tin so far The reason for the 5 stars is how good the purchasing experience was online. We paid for the annual membership and included the full setup and cleanup service ...for the discounted amount that it came to, it was well worth it.
