Ordered tumble dryer on 22 March, barely had a month and has stopped working the drum shudders then stops, fault F1 and E2 error codes. Supposed electrical fault. Called hotpoint engineer has been called out but a 10 day wait. When it was working was decent and done the job. But to break after less than a month is shocking!

It's a good condenser. Took me a while to find one that was decent and did the job. Does struggle with thicker bands non clothes but eventually gets the job done

Mid range performance machine at a good price. This is a very capable machine and will meet 95% of everything anybody might need. I researched in detail to select this machine I would certainly recommend it at this price point.

Its ok

I didn't want a condenser because I've always had a vented dryer but because u couldn't get one in the colour I wanted I reluctantly went for a condenser ad u couldn't put up with wet washing any longer. I have been very pleasantly surprised by the product & am so glad I chose it. It has a better choice of programs than my last one & emptying the tank is no big deal. A thumbs up from me.

Great tumble dryer, very efficient. Looks great and economical to run.

Still learning how to use it but lovely machine and very happy

Amazingly quiet. Stylish too.
