Easy to use and cleans well

I've had a terrrible experience. It's quiet good enough but I have a bad experience with the drying. It doesn't dry clothes even if u leave it for 2hrs. My old dryer takes an hour to dry or max 1hr 30mins and this new generation dryer is a comolete opposite of it. I need help seriousely as zi moved to a new place and I'm currently wasting energy having to dry for hours and hours. I end up taking my clothes to a stand-alone dryer when I've got a new hoover that won't work. @hoover team. And Ao team kindly contact me or anyone that has a solution to this.

Our new washer/dryer is so much quieter than the old one. We have found out how to change the washing/drying times to economise on the running costs, a good thing in these difficult times.

So far so good - no idea why they don’t think about the drains a little more on these machines but it is what it is

Fantastic washing machine. Once you get used to the cycles. Really cool you can work it via the app. It gives detailed information about the wash. I would highly recommend this washing machine.

Nice and straightforward to use despite having lots of good functions. Seems great value for money.

Great product, easy to use and set the app up. Great o see how long is left or even scan your labels so it advises the best wash cycle.
