Had 12 weeks only been able to us for 4 weeks, 2 replacement shock absorbers, one new drum as the original was warped, now flooded my kitchen, we do not over use as only two people in our house, Hoover is the worst customer service I have ever received, the second engineer did try his best, avoid at all costs!

Love the range of quick washes, 15/30/45 minutes at 30 or 40 degrees. And the 1600 spin. It's quiet. Apart from a hot wash for tea towels, I have only used the range of quick washes for clothes and they come out clean. Reasonably priced too

Product arrived as per delivery time 26/11. On turning the washing machine on it tripped the electric. Did this a number of times same outcome. Contacted AO and was told an engineer would call out and look at it on 7/12. Engineer arrived and said it needed a new part and would hopefully be here by 13/12. 3 weeks at least to sort this out. Not impressed at all with this brand new product. Gave this review 1 star for delivery

When our old Beko finally bit the dust, we intended to simply replace it with another, but This Hoover was the only machine that would still fit our kitchen without making adjustments and still allow us to maintain / increase the load capacity we had with the previous machine. The instructions with the machine are simply non existent / useless. and the machine is overly complex, The "one touch" facility is worse than useless. Someone should be really ashamed of those efforts. Dreadful. When we couldn't simply replace our simple old Beko we were looking forward to having a Hoover again but were sadly disappointed. It washes clothes well enough but it's a long fiddly road before you get to that point, and don't expect to do many loads in a day, all full load cycles take a loooong time. not sure how long these (not so) touch sensitive buttons are going to last as you press them a fair amount just to put a wash on, especially if you need to adapt the somewhat limited options available for a full load of washing, a whole lot of button pressing. Not had it long, hate it already, and making plans to carry out kitchen mods for it's (not a Hoover ) replacement.

Bought as a replacement for my old machine that I retired when it sounded like a wood chipper ! This one in comparison is wonderfully quiet and I have even forgotten it is on. It has a wide range of programs that are easy to use, which I hope to try out, and the ones used so far did the job excellently. If you want the Wi-Fi option it's there but can be disregarded easily. As a B rating for energy consumption I hope to see a reduction in my fuel bills too ! Most importantly it's depth makes it more compact than similar models so fits well into limited space and flush with the units. All in all an exceptional machine.

The machine looks good, and the washing comes put clean, but the control panel is a bit flimsy - the drawer comes right out far too easily and you have to press quite hard on the panel to change temp, spin speed etc. If I put it on max spin speed, the machine moves.
