I bought this Hoover to replace an old Hoover DYN8164 bought in 2012. It lasted well enough, but was time to change after 10 years. I know Hoover isn't the best quality brand, but spending £800-£1000 on a washing machine isn't something I want as I don't think I'll get a better quality Anyway- this model is great. The running noise, as well as the 1600 spin speed, is much quieter than the old one, which is very pleasing on the ears. The 9kg drum is great, you can get a really good size load in, and the 1600 spin means considerably less drying time needed (or time in the tumbledryer). Drum size and spin speed are the most important thing. Lots of different programs, but the most important improvement was that when you do a fast 14/30/44 min program, it will spin at 1600, which the old machine didn't- you'd only get 1000 or lower, which was annoying as you had to then reset it to a 1600 spin. Very pleased overall, lets hope this one lasts another 10 years

Great Service from AO, great washing machine just wish it had actual buttons on it as the touch screen feels very weak and has to be pressed a few times to work.

Great product but at first I thought it was broken as when the wash finished an odd code appears on the screen. In fact it is just the machine telling me that the wash is done. Washes well and looks lovely. One star removed as even with the a heavier duty machine I still could not get the dogs bed in it, but to be fair it is a big bed
