I’ve had the washing machine a couple of weeks now and I’m extremely pleased with it. The 11kg drum means we can get the family washing done much more efficiently and quickly…. The spin cycle is excellent as it is so quiet compared to past machines, meaning we can leave it on when we go to bed with it keeping us awake. The price also is very good compared to equivalent machines. The WiFi connectivity might be useful for some…. but unless the machine loaded itself and put the clothes away, it’s easier to just press the the ‘on’ button from the front panel rather than it being useful to turn it on wirelessly from the other side of the world… With the 10 year parts guarantee, I’m assuming it should last too… All in all - very happy!

First time buying Hoover & so far a week in it’s working fine. The WiFi app to program & view the washing cycles is great. Very quiet during use, I’ve not used the steam cycle yet so can’t comment on that. The App has plenty of useful information to learn how to get the most from this machine.

I absolutley love this machine, I’ve only had it a week too. Plenty of wash options, quiet on a spin and great value for money. Can get a king size duvet in it no problem being an 11kg machine.
