Two weeks into owning the machine and I’m loving it. So easy to use, both on machine and in the app. Delayed start to your weather conditions really good so that it finishes for when the drizzle stops helps with the drying. Most importantly for our house the huge load capacity means less cycles to do over the weekend and less feeling like the whole weekend is sorting laundry.

Five stars so far. Ordering was quick and easy, the "AO" web-site is very well organised and easy to navigate. The Hoover washing machine was delivered the next day - hoe's that for service? and was quickly installed and demonstrated. All the wrapping and packaging, along with our old machine was quickly and efficiently removed and taken away for disposal. Our new machine has now done a few washes and is lovely and quiet in operation. The programme running times are quite a lot shorter than with our old machine and the results are very good. The 11 kG drum load is great for bedding - including duvets - as there is plenty of room for the washing to 'tumble'. So far we are very happy with our new purchase.

Excellent washing machine - such an upgrade after my old machine died. So many wash cycle options, nice large drum and comes with an app for your phone which could be really useful for some people. Quiet in use and spinning, washes extremely well, even on the shorter cycles. Looks good and fits in well with our other similarly coloured appliances. Delivery was seamless and problem free, helpful friendly chaps. Very happy with my purchase and look forward to many years of lovely clean laundry! Yet again, well done AO! Superb service, as always.

So far so good. Bought through recommendation and I am happy. Easy to install and the instructions are quite simple to understand.

Good machine, does what it needs to. Our only gripe is that the drawer doesn’t open very far, and when it is open, it clashes with the door if it’s open at the same time.

Exceptional quality and the wifi option is amazing able to set washing from outside the house so handy
