Really pleased with this washing so far after a few weeks of use. It replaced a similar model which had lasted about 5years in a busy household and had been pleased with that one too. This one has all similar features, WiFi connectivity, good variety of wash types including wool, jeans and pet accessories. What is better than the previous model is that the drum is larger. The detergent drawer is also larger and prewash additives seem to always get used whereas the old machine half of it would still be in the drawer at the end of the wash. Overall very pleased with the machine and would recommend.

Very easy to use. Quiet, and a 12kg load is just right for four of us.

Great machine so far, washes as expected, 1400 spin an extra bonus, doesn't take so long to dry. Size is brilliant, can wash large duvets and heavy blankets. Havent tried the steam function yet.

Really pleased with this washer. I use the app every wash as it allows me to start it when I'm out of the house ready for me to get it out when I get home. Drum is really big. Can wash a super king coverlet in it no problem. 20 degree wash really good even in stained baby clothes.

Washing size at 12kg is ok - but only for certain washes. It’s a little taller than other machines so watch out. The powder drawer is also a little plastic and cheap feeling. Washes fine though

The product is great,but the service we received from ao was second to none,had a slight issue with the first product,not ao,s fault,but ws changed within 24 hrs,brilliant
