It looks good. Fits perfectly in my kitchen

Only issue I have is It seems to have small water droplets on back wall of fridge. I dry them off then there back again. Constantly

Doesn’t work in cold weather, item miss described by Hotpoint

    1/5
This product was originally advertised as suitable for an outbuilding, which is why I bought it. Hotpoint now states it needs a minimum of 16c to operate correctly. The freezer stops working in even mild cold weather and so much food ruined. A total miss selling and essentially useless in the UK if you use it outside.

    Nothing I can fault

    4/5
What can I say not much because I can’t fault it in any way, it’s actually really good and compact but simple, would of gave it 5 stars if I had a option of colour but apart from that it’s brilliant

    Somewhat disappointing and frustrating

    3/5
The product arrived slightly damaged showing a distortion on the lower left hand panel. Despite being levelled with a spirit level across both axes the tray on top of the compressor / motor at the rear rattled heavily on operation and the lower rear rail buzzed . This was resolved using a small amount of tape on the tray and a wedge at the back. My biggest gripe however was, although described as having reversable doors Hotpoint seemed to have used every trick in the book to get customers to use their services to do what should be (and is on other appliances a simple job). Different screw sizes on each side, different screw heads on the centre mounts, the left hand side not having the same chamfer to allow the easy access to the mid mounts when transferred. The feet being mounted through the plate supporting the bottom hinges (meaning the feet has to be unscrewed before swapping over the plate etc). The interior features are however well designed and the fridge and freezer do appear to work well in operation.

Too dirty inside and out to use immediately

    2/5
The fridge /freezer seems great. However, when it was unpacked there was loose dirt on the outside, which the delivery men photographed as not being what I should expect. After they left and I removed the tape sealing the doors shut, I found more loose dirt, almost like soil, on every shelf on the door and in the bottom of the fridge. It looked as. Though the door had been left unsealed and opened and it had been left outside, unboxed. This meant that it wasn’t enough to give it a normal wipe clean. I had to throughly disinfect it.

Don't bother with the parts insurance.

    5/5
Product is great. Works well, feels well made. But you can ignore the registration for the "free" parts insurance. All it is a means to try to upsell an extended warranty - for every appliance in your kitchen.

Great looking, but check the freezer space.

    4/5
Nice fridge freezer. Frost free facility, plenty of room in the fridge, but the freezer space is smaller than I expected. Looks large from the outside, but each drawer space is a bit small.
