Product is great. Works well, feels well made. But you can ignore the registration for the "free" parts insurance. All it is a means to try to upsell an extended warranty - for every appliance in your kitchen.

Only had one week so early days. Do like this fridge/freezer and ordered it specifically because I had the same older model for 10 years - trouble free. The older model was still working, but was silver/grey toned and had gone rusty, so aesthetically zilch! The new model’s fridge section appears bigger and more roomy, but the salad/veg compartments are just one drawer where previously it was two. Personally prefer two separate drawers. The freezer drawers seem somewhat smaller, however, the top flap door freezer is very roomy and allows more freezing which I like. It is noisier than the previous model, however, doesn’t bother me as it is in the kitchen anyway. So far generally I am satisfied with this, but time will tell.

This product was originally advertised as suitable for an outbuilding, which is why I bought it. Hotpoint now states it needs a minimum of 16c to operate correctly. The freezer stops working in even mild cold weather and so much food ruined. A total miss selling and essentially useless in the UK if you use it outside.

Perfect size; ideal ratio fridge to freezer. Drawers pull out easily. Temp setting easy to access. All on all I couldn’t have chosen a better model! Sue
