Looks like a washing machine, looks can be deceiving.

    1/5
Less than a week old and two black groove like marks have appeared on the inside of the washing machine door, we did less than 5 washes, now we have to wait a week for an engineer to attend.

    Noisy

    1/5
This machine whines and whistles when the water is filling up. Really annoying and is so loud it can even be heard from upstairs in the house. Very poor for a new machine.

Might as well buy non intergrated

    1/5
Haven't actually used it yet but the feet only allow for a small ammount of adjustment which left a huge gap on top creating a void between it and the worktop. This was rectified by a plinth for it to sit on. Door hinges resemble cheese and are floppy even when shut. They rattle when knocked and bounce excessively when opened Not impressed with how the door fits which has let the kitchen down. Based on this being an intergrated item I would not recommend this product if you want something that looks just as good as it is supposed to be! I feel this deserves a 1 star for being let down but something so cheap that has had a detromental affect on our new kitchen.

    OK but poor design thinking

    3/5
Seems to wash OK - used the quick care options as they're simple but it does seem noisy and sometimes the spin seems to not dry as well as expected. Mainly only 3 stars because of the design - why have an integrated machine with a flat panel for its options then add a program selector that sticks out 2 cm (and is hard to read) and a drum door that also sticks out? Further the installation 'instructions' were terrible with no identification of screws, no spanner to undo or install bolts - they need to learn from IKEA! and the door doesn't fit any standard kitchen hinge points so had to be redrilled. AO were great though!!!

Awful instruction book and hideous looking.

    3/5
Awful instruction book - had to keep Googling queries. Even my plumber couldn’t find something in it. It looks hideous - too much chrome, and my decor door doesn’t fit into the front of the machine. But it works!

    Compatability issues with previous model

    3/5
Bought to replace a 6yo Hoover built in washing machine that bit the dust. Function etc is fine however the hinge positions are different to previous machine, the front of it isn't flat (why have a curved panel on a hidden appliance) and the door protrudes more (a silly amount and doesn't need to stick out that far or have such a ridiculous metallic finish on it), meaning some difficulty ahead in fitting the cupboard door to the appliance.

Simple to use and good size drum

    3/5
Decent size drum and lots of settings for different loads. Quite easy to use. The softener drawer doesn't always drain and unsure why so need to query this with AO/Hoover, just haven't got round to it yet.

    Mixed bag

    3/5
I don't think the product is a bad washing machine and certainly good value for money. However the integration aspects are not great. The cupboard door is mounted on long brackets, because the machine door and control nob stick out so far. Hence it's very difficult to get a good installation.
