I’ve had this washing machine for a few months now and still can’t get used to the high shrill squeal on every spin cycle. It is SO loud it have to turn the TV up just to hear over it. It sounds like the squeal when you pull the neck of a ballon to let the air out. It’s awful. That and this machine has chewed up 3 items of clothing so far. I wish I’d made a different choice when making my purchase.

The Hoover washing machine you sold me was dangerous as the wires at the back of the machine ripped out very very easily and caused lots of sparks in my kitchen and tripped the fuse box!

Broke requiring new motor and main board after 3 washes. Absolutely terrible product. It then has thus far taken 10 days to get an engineer out for an initial visit under warranty, plus a further two weeks for them to come and fix it after that because of when they can get parts. Absolutely would not recommend this product.

Lots of useful features. Time delay function, remaining wash time feature. Multiple quick wash programs varying from 15 to 44 minutes with an extensive range of other wash/spin and rinse programs. Large drum and door opening. Looks neat even though the appliance is integrated. Machine dimensions are good too, not too deep which allows space behind for waste pipe. My only criticism is the instruction for fitting external door needs to be more detailed. Excellent value for money, I would highly recommend.

The washing machine is smart and works well.

This works well but when it's integrated behind cupboards, it has to be pushed a long way back because the door handle sticks out quite a lot. That means that access to the drawer is a not quite as easy as it could be.

Happy overall with washing machine. Only negative is the machine has a prominent front door which in an integrated machine means it sticks out further than other similar machines

My new Hoover washing from AO is already exceeding expectations and its only been with us for a week! It is an integrated machine and the kitchen unit door hinges did not match up with the new one. But Hoover supply you with a very handy template, to cut out new hinges. It worked fine for me but, it would make sense if the industry had a standard width. The machine feels like a quality bit of kit. We have used it 6 times already and with every use we get more impressed. I would say its the best washing machine we have ever had- and we are married 32 years so..
