Excellent size drum for large loads of drying, can easily accomodate a full load of bath towels. Very quiet whilst in operation and both the lint filter and water tank are easy to clean.

Having bought a haier washing machine and being delighted 2 days later I decided to treat myself with this dryer.......what a disappointment !! 4 and half hours to dry a load of wash. I could dry it quicker on the radiators. I'm now struggling to get all my washing dry and I'm so frustrated that I've had to rig up my old dryer in the garage to save having washing everywhere. What an expensive ornament this was for my utility room

I get this tumble dryer after the previous one packed in which was a hoover branded heat pump tumble dryer. This one is 100% better than the old one this Haier heat pump tumble dryer is a lot faster and easier to use. The old one used to take five hours to dry clothes, and then they still wouldn’t be 100% dry. The new one takes 2 1/2 hours and the clothes are dry when it’s done I would recommend this Haier tumble dryer to anyone.

Great dryer, takes a bit longer to dry stuff, but far more economical than previous.

Was well aware of the energy savings on a heat pump dryer, but was put off at first by price, but this product has met all expectations looks great , so quiet , using a smart meter display, can see the low electric use compared to a standard dryer , and, comes with an extension hose to take water straight out to the drain ! The door is extra large to make loading a breeze with a double lint filter to keep dryer working at max efficiency. The controls are straightforward, a simple rotary selector, and plenty of options if required , but as its a sensor dryer , it just does it by itself. An excellent product. Satisfied customer.

Fab economical dryer with lots of extras!

Product is brilliant, but what is more impressive is the customer service. I have recently purchased 4 large items from AO and every time the service is second to none.
