Heat pump is the way to go . Takes a little more time but is far more efficient than my previous dryer . Would recommend this product . I now have both the washer and the dryer .

Really efficient tumble dryer. Easy to use, has lots of programs. Dries well and leaves few creases in the clothes - especially good is the added tumble after the program has finished if you don't make it in time to empty quickly. I chose it because it had a wool program - which works very well. The delivery was good and on time and I was kept well informed as to when it was going to come. The machine looks great alongside my Haier washing machine, I wish it had come in the dark grey like the washing machine. The only downside is that it is not as quiet as I had hoped and is certainly not as quiet as the washing machine, that is the reason for only 4 stars.

Bought last week. So far so good. Very quiet and quick at drying too. Looks really nice too. Was a bit worried when I saw the panel as I'm not a technical person but easy to use and follow. Delivery was fast and the delivery guys were very pleasant. Thank you ao
