Brought this due to my other washing machine broke and wanted to upgrade my old one as well, I couldn’t believe what a difference this machine has made. This Haier model is brilliant and has many programmes. It is extremely quiet and everything I’ve washed has come out like new, I cannot recommend this washing machine high enough, I’ve even bought the matching tumble drier too. Haier really have produced a winning combination.

Really quiet machine and very noticeable build quality difference from our previous Hotpoint condenser drier in a positive way. Looks the part, low running costs, and doesn't take an age to dry like some reviews indicate. The only complaint that I have is the drier is advertised with a 5 year warranty, where in fact it comes with a 2 year warranty where you can then take a policy out at less than 4 pounds a month to extend it, which isn't what AO advertise.

I love a bit of tech and this is good to look at and the most important thing it dries very well and does it without any fuss love it washing machine is next.

Excellent tumble drier, extremely quiet and looks very modern, loads of functions and dries perfectly without any residual heat coming in to the room.

Excellent product and efficient. A little noisy and does make some strange noises, especially compared to the paired washing machine. Huge drum for a dryer.

I spent many hours researching different appliances before deciding on this dryer. It was a little more expensive that my budget, but I decided that the extra initial cost was worth it for the cheaper running costs compared to other dryers. After using the dryer for a week now, I have to say I am delighted with the performance, and it is super-easy to use. It even looks good too.

4.5 hours to dry 2 towels! The clothes take so long to dry and even at the end of the cycle still feel damp and need to be aired. When I rang to speak to Haier they said these dryers are great for small families, and it’s perfectly normal for it to take over 4 hours to dry a small load, not sure why they don’t state that in the write up before people purchase. Very expensive for a poor performance item.
