Nice oven and everything about it is great apart from no light or beep to say it’s at temperature

Went from gas to this electric oven. Cooks lovely and so easy to use. Looks amazing in the kitchen and matches well well. AO customer service and delivery team very accommodating.

Nice cooker however it doesn’t seem to have a light to tell you when oven gets to temperature. This seems very remiss as it’s awkward to use. Also their customer service is nonexistent. I tried phoning and emailing and no response from either. This is a shame as otherwise it’s a nice cooker

This cooker is one to avoid. Had to have the first one replaced due to the oven not warming up correctly. New one fitted and appeared to be working well initially but after 2 weeks it is now showing the same fault.

This cooker looks very nice, works efficiently but the design of the oven shelves leaves a bit to be desired, the bars run from side to side and there is a higher bar at the front which means when you tilt a baking tray to get it over the front bar it then gets stuck on the lower bars because they run from side to side instead of front to back. Also there is no way of telling when the oven is up to the desired temperature! Another thing is that the grill pan is very heavy and my wife struggles to lift it!

Absolutely tremendous, instant heat easy to control and easy to clean.

I had this installed today and whilst I wasn't expecting a lot I was expecting to be able to tell when the oven is up to temperature during preheat. It does not have a sensor or indicator to tell you that, you just have to guess. This is a significant flaw so I am rating it very low. I tried accesing the helpdesk from the AO site and the Hisense website stated they do not have a product with my model. Really unhappy wih it and considering returning it. Do not buy unless you are able to tell the temperature in other ways.
