Great machine for the money. Ao delivery was brilliant as per usual, always kept up to date with the status of the order. Tracker on the van to tell you how far away and they ring when theyre within 30 mins. The machine looks brilliant in graphite. Nice big drum is all we need for our family with two under 3! Connecting to wifi and using the app was really easy (5mins including downloading the app). We are in a modern 3 bed terrace, its at back of house and router at front. We only ever use it on the wifi setting and always use the app to choose our programs and edit them, a lot easier than working out all the different synbols on the machine. Number of wash choices is incredible! Wash + dry times can seem long, but our usual takes about 3h 30mins total for a wash and dry of a good size load. The app tells you which programmes are right for what load weight. If its been really full then sometimes big items like hoodies arent totally dry but an hour on radiator and theyre sorted. If youre short on space then its a great appliance, barely ever anything that doesnt come out dry for us on the "wardrobe dry" setting. The autodose is quite nice, just whack in the washing and set it going rather than faffing with bottles and tabs each time. I think we get about 15 washes before filling detergent, about 7-10 for softener (but the softener compartment is half the size). Its super quiet. Compared to our old washer its amazing. We can have it on and have a quiet conversations stood right next to it. First wash i told my wife it was just starting the spin and she couldnt hear it in our living room. Its our first washer dryer, it does get a lot of lint build up on the door glass and seal each wash. Dont know if this is normal for washer dryers, we just clean the seal after each cycle to be safe. Its really not that big of a deal compared to the inconvenience of having a clothes airer up all week like we used to have. The app also tracks the machines maintenance level, and will tell you when and how to clean the filter and set it on a self cleaning cycle. Great product. We've had it 2 weeks now. Might be more pricey to run than seperate machines but if you havent got space then you havent got the option.

Good size, nice and quiet. The touch buttons however are an absolute pain in the backside. Sometimes I spend minutes trying to activate various options.

The noisiest machine I’ve ever known, I thought the house was being shook by an earthquake and it sounded like a plane taking off, . The start button needs pressing for ages for anything to start, to be honest a bad choice of washer, not what I expected at all from hover, it’s also very complicated to use. As a positive, it save me buying a massage chair fir my living room, not that I wanted one, but all I have to do is sit in my chair and when the spin comes on every chair in the house because a strong massage chair.

Extremely dissatisfied with this appliance. The installation service by AO engineers was very poor with no attention paid to need to use the appliance's adjustable legs to level the unit. After the first use and large amounts of water leaking from the appliance I spent two hours fault finding and eventually adjusting the legs to level the unit. The appliance is still leaking water from the underside of the unit amongst other faults; softener not being drawn from detergent drawer and fault lights showing. Overall, very disappointed and will be pursuing a refund for this purchase and the installation service.

The build quality of this machine is not what I would have expected. The control dial is wobbly and not the best, but is the same on all the machines, as an AO installer advised me. The touchscreen is temperamental, not too bad when using it for quick touch, but not when having to hold it for 3 seconds or more. They are also not in sequence, very confusing. Connection to wifi is very tricky due to the touchscreen. The manual isn't great. The spin cycles are very noisy, the 1000 and 1400 are especially bad. Regret getting rid of my beloved Bosch washing machine to purchase this washer dryer

Firstly - the delivery men was amazing...they delivered during the 40c+ days and were both incredibly professional and accommodating. Secondly - the machine is really good - slightly crazy instructions and way too many options / buttons, BUT, once you understand it and 'become one' with the machine...it's all that you want. it's also VERY quiet...shockingly so, I had to check that it was still going at one point. all in all - very happy with my choice...

This is a very efficient washer dryer. Don't be concerned about reviews which say the buttons are difficult to use, you just need to press them in the right place and they work consistently. Washing dries completely, unlike my previous washer dryer. Only a couple of slight criticisms: the washing is quite wet even after a 1400 spin so it always needs a second spin; and many of the programmes I would like to use have a maximum 5kg capacity so you can't make use of the full drum size. Finally, please note that the wifi connection will not work with mobiles older than an iPhone 7.

Apart from being a little bit noiser than I expected, I absolutely love it. The big drum is fantastic. I love the detergent dispenser, the fact I don't have to fill it up every wash ??. There is also 4 washes which are under an hour. Who wants to do washing programs over 2 hours not me. ....... need a new telly now. Happy Christmas everyone hopefully next year will be a nicer one. *
