The washing machine and dryer are much quieter than my previous washing machine. The buttons are touch responsive but not easy to use. Have to touch them several times for them to recognise you are using them. We downloaded the app as one of the functions is that it can be set using your WiFi. App downloaded but turns out company has ceased to exist so can’t be used fully except for trial mode.

When I bought this washer dryer there were no reviews and I really wish I'd waited until there were, as I probably wouldn't have purchased it. The buttons are incredibly difficult to press, in some cases I have tried about 10 times until I hear a beep. Still trying to link up to the app but again, the buttons are causing an issue. The instructions are difficult to follow and are not even accurate. The auto-dose is a neat feature and the 10kg drum is fab but wish I'd gone with a Hotpoint which did have actual reviews. At least I'd have know what I was getting myself in to.

Good washer dryer the wifi can be temperamental but when it works there is lots of options to use

Nice looking machine and is very quiet compared to what we had previously which was similar to Concorde taking off! Had a few failed attempts to connect to the Wi-Fi app controls but failed miserably. Even employed a teenage relation who seems to be able to connect a knife to butter via Wi-Fi but was also unable to get the thing working. Shame really as I liked the idea of the machine starting so it’s finished while I’m still at work and my wife has to empty it.

After having a growing family my washing started to become overwhelming with our small drum separate washer dryer so needed something bigger to handle the wash loads. Both me and my partner were undecided on whether to go for a washer/dryer or keep to the original separate machines, so for about 2 weeks we were researching the best options and best machines. This machine came up in every search with excellent reviews so we decided to bite the bullet and buy it, being our very first washer/dryer. The machine was well priced with the cash back offer (bonus) and was delivered super quick and early by two polite and helpful guys. I have found that the machine is a lot bigger than my last one so it’s helped so much with doing more washing in less loads. The functions are great with an all in one wash as well as set settings and the app makes it so handy when needed. The only cons that I have with it is the normal washes take, what seems like forever. My old washer did a wash in 20 mins but this one takes over 2hrs. The All in one load is my go to as it does a load in 52 mins, and the clothes still have a good wash despite being shorter. The tumble function is also good however I do fine the clothes come out mega creased (even on the steam and wardrobe mode) making my ironing pile bigger as my old dryer was very good at de creasing especially bedding, towels and trousers. But on the other hand because it steam drys, so it doesn’t seem to shrink clothes like my old one did with certain clothes. All in all it’s a good machine but my separate dryer is still being used for towels and bedding.

Great to wash & dryer in one appliance. Pretty straight forward to use.

Very good appliance which cleans at low temperatures. I love the large drum and the short cycle option. It's taken a while to work the machine as I have to refer to the instructions. Not yet used drier, but I seems pretty straight forward.
