Nice and quiet and works nicely using the app over Wifi (connecting is a bit of a pain)

So far so good, the machine is easy to use and the wifi option is surprisingly useful. Would appreciate a function to tell load weight before washing

Original machine we chose was faulty on arrival and was gladly exchanged by AO once i provided them with an exchange number from Hoover. Really like the machine which has lots of modern features and all the programs required for a busy household.

So far all expectations met. Quiet, great eco options as well as 3 variations pf quick wash. Only wanted the drier for finishing off towels for a fluffier finish and works a treat! Pretty easy to get the hang off with a little time spent on the instruction book. Very happy!

Only had a week but cannot fault so far, takes a couple of reads to understand the programmes and settings but a definite improvement in my old washer dryer (different make) and auto dosing will help greatly. Large drum great for family loads.

Our previous washing machine let us down after 10 or so years. It's done well to last so long, so I was quickly on the lookout to find a replacement. Based on price and features we went with the Hoover H-WASH 500 and couldn't be happier with it. Since it arrived I've given it some hard use to catchup on all the washing we had plus the wet towels etc that we had lying around from cleaning up when the last washing machine leaked all over the floor. The 59 quick wash cycle is very handy, and the fact you can fill a detergent draw and leave it until it reminds you is super handy. I found myself using the WiFi feature a lot more than what I thought I would. The app has a lot of handy features and it alerts you when the wash has finished. Even gives a prompt for a quick refresh wash if you want to. The app also shows energy usage, cycle choices and more. One thing that is bad about the machine, is the touch sensitive controls on the front of the machine aren't very sensitive. I find myself prodding the machine for it to work. Often giving up and grabbing my phone to control it from the app. Hopefully this is something that will be easier having using the machine for a while and learning how it works. Overall, very pleased with the machine. Size, features and cost are great. Only let down by the buttons on the front.
