Poor quality! Had it for 20 months and the door to the main oven has come off by the bottom hinge, definitely a design fault. Now out of 1 year warranty by 8 months, should not have to pay money for a door failure on an oven at this price and age. Very disappointing!! Nothing is made to last any more, such waste!!

Happy with the product. Unfortunately AO hadn't advertised it correctly. Howeve the after sales support was second to none (Becky). Unfortunately had to experience but more than happy with AO's customer service.

Really good just a couple of niggles: that the timer has to be linked to a hob or oven can't just be standalone; would be nice if it came with 1 more oven shelf; I assumed all the functions (boil, melt etc) would be on every hob but it's one each. I've had gas cooking for about 13yrs and never induction so I'm still getting used to that. V pleased with size of ovens, delay function etc. Overall pleased with purchase

Excellent product. Can fit a lot in the oven and it looks great in our new kitchen. Very impressed and not expensive

The 2 guys were very polite, respectful. Uninstalled my old appliance, connected my new 1, explained everything about how it all works, given I’m registered blind. Look my old appliance along with the packaging from the new 1. He said I might struggle with the hob, but having the bump ons, just below the controls as they are pretty flush to the hob, I’m doing okay with it

Good quality build. The induction hob will take some getting used to after being a gas hob fan for years. The oven and grill are very good but we could do with one more rack.

Practical, simple design straight forward and sturdy construction.

Having got used to the cooker. It’s pretty good. Why I have given it 4 stars. The grill pan is not solid. So it makes it tricky to use. Also when a pot boils over it’s very hard to use the controls when went.
