Lovely Hoover! My grandson is 2 years old and is obsessed! Keeps cuddling it ??

So pleased with this vacuum cleaner, great suction very mobile and gets into all the corners, long flex and makes me smile every time I look at Hettie! Would certainly recommend, great service from AO arrived as detailed and I was kept informed every step of the way.

Hetty. Still the best (and cutest) vacuum on the market. We have had numerous members of the "Henry" family of hoovers serving at our church over the years, and when our old Hetty gave up the ghost we ordered a replacement from AO ASAP. (Virtually every day we use use Hetty in the sanctuary, Henry in the school rooms, James in the halls and offices, and a nameless old wet vac Numatic machine that we call "George" around the kitchens and for big spillages.) They work hard and are a real blessing. Other makes of vacuum really don't match the robust endurance, compact size and powerful suction of these machines, making them excellent value. The new Hetty we received was slightly more compact that her predecessor and now has a notch in her side for the wand to stand in - so storage is even easier than before. But the basic design and functionality hasn't changed. I can switch in old parts (wand/hose/pipes) as required and my stock of Hepa bags still fits as per usual. Re: AO, the price is always right and the service was brilliant. My card didn't work online (computers!) so I rang the company and ordered the replacement over the phone. The sales assistant reminded me of the free next day delivery in my AO's Five Star Membership and there she was the very next day... a new and improved Hetty. Just as cute and just as efficient. A real blessing.

Very powerful easy to use not too heavy very pleased with it

Great purchase and great service. The product is exactly what I hoped it would be. Very efficient and powerful for vacuuming around my home where I mainly have hardwood floors, but also great for the crevices of the sofa and floor mats etc. Good range of attachments for different use and set up instructions were clear and easy to follow. Easy to use once set up and long lead means I don’t have yo keep plugging in and out as I move around the house. I wish I had bought this sooner and 100% recommend to others.

Amazing little hoover, after owning 2 shark lift aways that have both lost suction within 18 months, I do miss the ease of the lift away especially on stairs, but the suction and ease of hetty makes up for that and all the extra tools make the stairs just as easy

The entire ground floor of our house is hard floor and when our last Henry died I replaced it with a Shark. We have dogs, kids and cats so the floors get destroyed. Massive mistake. Constantly clogging up, couldn't cope with anything larger than crumbs and spent more time unblocking it than actually hoovering. Bought the Hetty and can hover in less than half the time now as never blocks. Will never use anything else.
