Iv'e work with Henry a lot and we made quite a team.needing a replacement and being a believer in girl power it had to be Hetty,she is super wonderful thank you.

Good suction works well, missed a star as one of the attachments doesn't have a storage slot on the body, apart from that minor issue shes perfect!

Gosh I can't tell anyone how many vaccums I've been through, the whole price range too. It's so hard to find a good one, that's quality, but does the job repeatedly. I remembered back to years ago, we had a carpeted shop, and a Henry, which never failed us. So after two more vaccums losing suction after weeks, I decided to get a smaller version of Henry - Hetty. Why didn't I do this years ago. Fantastic suction, really good quality, very long retractable cable, tools that clip on the outside, as does the hose. It's early days, but wow, I'm so pleased, would recommend to anyone.

Great product. Cleans the carpets and tilling really well. Also picks up hair/fur from the carpets really well as well. Slightly bulky but brill product.
