Floods the kitchen every time we use it. It is just over a year old.

Excellent product with large washing capacity. The pull out cutlery drawer at the top saves loads of space and the multi level shelf is very useful.

Easy to set up and use. Spacious inside with a really cool tray at the top for cutlery washing.

Had this delivered in February 2024, it flooded my kitchen in May 2024 so called Hoover, who sent someone out to repair. Unfortunatley, it was a cracked sump so the machine had to be replaced. I decided to change brand as this machine has not been great. The top drawer only has two heights available, if it is at the top height, it is too high to fit glasses in - because of the cutlery tray, however, if you lower it, it is too low to fit our plates in the bottom without the washer hitting them. The quality also isn't great so actually, the broken sump has enabled me to swap to a Bosch which is much better. AO have been great in arranging the collection of the old one and the delivery of the new one - once Hoover had provided the uplift number to replace it, which took a bit longer than I liked. As always though, I can't fault AO.com - Thank you!

Very efficient and quiet. Specification is spot on

All good so far. We haven't bothered connecting it to the Wi-Fi but its doing a good job of washing the pots and seems robust. Only time will tell in terms of reliability as its only been in use for a couple of weeks. Its got loads of space in it and the cutlery shelf doesn't stop bigger plates being used anywhere near as much as our old belling dishwashers did. Generally happy with our purchase.

Bought this in December 2023, unfortunately the black control panel on the front quickly came apart, I'm presently awaiting a repair from Hover. Besides from this the appliance works very well, and having wifi control is really useful.
