Overall very pleased with the product. Looks good cleans the well and very quiet compared to my old one. The only thing that could be better is if the top draw was higher we have to lay some of our plates over to allow the top spray bar to turn, our old Hotpoint had more space between top and bottom drawers.

Works fine, washes clean and I like the choice of programmes. Cons are that the water jets are so powerful that lightweight items on the top rack get pushed over and end up full of water at the end of the cycle. Also slightly awkward to stack things in both racks. In top rack mugs either slide into eachother if more than one row on the one side or leave no room for saucers next to them on the other side. In bottom rack lots of places for smaller plates but large plates tricky to fit in.

This is a good dishwasher and cleans everything, including glasses, beautifully, however it is smaller internally than I had anticipated. We had our previous Hotpoint dishwasher for 20 years and, as with most things these days, it was much better made than my new one. I will get used to the size and hopefully with care and attention, and of course appliance insurance, it will last for many years to come.

Good improvement on the old version, which died after 10 years’ service. Good cleaning. Only small complaint is that there aren’t enough slots for larger plates…

Does all that I need of a dishwasher. The only real shortcoming is that it doesn't kick the door open to aid drying on all of the wash cycles. The bleep at the end could be louder.

Cleaning is good. Drying is ok, but not great. Items, particularly plastic items, are still wet after the drying process.

Cleans well but you need to read the brochure to see that some cycles don't dry. Obvious enough when you know that. Also make sure that the salt dispenser is full of water before you try your first load. Quiet and efficient.

Excellent product for the price.
