    Great kit. Great Price.

    5/5
Refreshingly fabulous piece of kit. Works really well and the filters are Impressive. I'm asmatic and have a big hairy dog. My home has never been so dust free and Harry copes with every thing my dog drops (it's her annual moult season). The motor is pretty quiet for its power. I'm a total fan, loving Harry's performance! And his cheery face!

    Brill

    5/5
I have tried, shark, G tech vacuums for pets but this little vac is brill. I have 2 border collies and it sucks up the hair really well! Well worth the money.

    Suction too much

    1/5
The suction was too great meaning it’s very difficult to use as it sticks to the carpet far too much. I sent it back after an hour of use.

    Bought in good faith

Bought as an emergency gift. Did quite a bit of research on the spec but I forgot to take into account that this type of hoover would be unsuitable for my parents who are in their seventies. Due to the amount of bending down, they will only use an upright hoover. Also the upright model has the weight that counteracts the suction, whereas the cylinder types have little weight on the hose and nozzle making it very hard to push for people who lack mobility. I was unaware that they had very briefly used one many years ago and it had quickly caused back problems.
