    Avoid

    1/5
Avoid this hob like the plague. First one broke after 3 weeks, we waited 2 weeks for an engineer visit, then another 8 weeks for the ‘parts’ before Beko agreed to send a new hob. Same fault developed again after 3 weeks, Beko customer service has been truly dreadful. I have taken 5 days annual leave for this hob and we still have no resolution, with them preferring to try and keep fixing the fault rather than just accepting that it is not fit for purpose, removing it from production & exchanging for a different hob. Been on the phone for hours on end and it’s like talking to a brick wall

Developed fault but dealt with promptly

    4/5
Bought this product about a year ago and have been very happy until now it has developed a fault. Beko engineer visited as it has 2 year warranty when registered. Replacement part added but still not working. Had a 2nd visit and still not working so replacement given. Will have a further 2 year warranty so will have to see how it goes. Beko very good at sending engineer promptly and finally changed with no quibble.

Run a mile before buying this hob

Similar experience to other reviews. Hob blew after only a few weeks of use. Engineer sent, but the parts weren't available so the hob was replaced. Blew again after a few weeks. Engineers replaced 'every part in the hob' but it lasted only a few week again. Avoid this hob like the plague! AO.com have been really helpful though, and to be fair, so have the Beko staff I've spoken to.

Avoid this hob at all cost. Appliance blew up within 4 months of purchase. Was repaired and failed again within 2 months. I then got a new one in December and it failed the exact same way within 7 weeks. This appliance is not fit for sale. Would give this 0 Stars if the option was available.

Had major issues with item when it had only been installed for a few days. Item was replaced and new one is working as it should.

    Bad product

The worse hob that I ever had. First one broken after only 6 months. As replace by Beko with like to like one which resisted one month. Beko didn’t want to replace it and instead they send an engineer to repair it. After one month waiting for replacing parts was repaired. After one month broke again…same fault. Had another engineer from Beko to check it and now waiting again!!! For parts. The big issue is 31st December Christmas coming and no hob. Really bad product or really unlucky. I cannot give 1 star but the site is forcing to give from 1 to 5
