Service and delivery from AO was faultless as usual. The Neff Microwave is excellent, giving simple easy to use performance with defrosting and cooking a wide range of items. It was really easy to install and a great improvement on the make and model that it has replaced and is a perfect match with our existing Neff Double oven.

Nice quality, but grill is a token gesture though. Very straight forward to install. No problems with it, but soft touch button to open door seems unnecessary and a weak point in time (not surprised other reviews report this stopped working - fingers crossed it will happen in warranty if it does!)

Modern and stylish and looks great with matching oven. Love the way the door opens. Tad expensive for what it is - hence only 4 stars.

This is a top notch microwave! Firstly, style wise it looks really neat and the dark glass and stainless steel trim match my Neff oven perfectly, so the kitchen looks like it’s had a makeover. Functionally, it’s the business. Varying power levels, programmable memory and easy to set timings make for a quick and simple meal. Really pleased that I chose this model and it’s definitely 5 star so far.

Great product. Will be buying the gas hob in Neff.
