Had it just over a week now, and have finally got used to the "finished" signal which sounds like a little bird! Easy to use and to install (it replaced one that was identical in size) in the eye-level unit we have. Having to get used to it being max 800w as opposed to 900w. My only slight reservation is that our previous one was also a Neff and lasted 7 years, whereas what we have been using while waiting for this one to arrive was a 20 year old one we brought from our last home. Hope this new one lasts as long as that.

I thought the product was excellent . I thought the fitters where Excellent and I thought the way AO handled my whole order was excellent.

Good microwave but not mad about the door opening mechanism or the beeping when it finishes!

Replaces a 23 year old Neff built in microwave excellent quality and worth the extra price you pay
