Very pleased, didn’t realise how bad my old microwave had got. Well built can tell it’s going to last.

This was a replacement for an old Neff N50 built in, so it didn't take too much to make the leap to hit 'buy'... so pleased I did. It's a well built, elegantly understated machine the does the basics, brilliantly. No fussy extra (and unwanted) features, just a clean, well designed addition to my kitchen.

Very happy with this appliance, easy to use and install due to being a plug in. The only thing I would change is the beeping when it has finished, this does go on for ages. Would I recommend? I would, worth the money as it’s much better than previous brands I have had. Also matches my Neff oven

Bought as a replacement for the previous version which lasted seven years six months. So much the same as before, it just works. But I docked a star due to inaccurate fitting instructions. The unit is supplied with a plastic strip that has to be removed from below the door. This then needs replacing with a separate plastic strip which is supplied in the box. Quite why the unit isn't supplied with this bit fitted is a bit of a mystery. The manual also states that the electronic door lock can be over ridden and the door opened manually in the event of a power failure but fails to explain how. But overall a decent smart looking appliance, just a shame about the instructions lacking.

Overall very good, but would benefit from a shortcut way to increase cooking time by 30s or a minute

Exactly as expected. Looks good, easy to fit and good build quality.
