Excellent product, drys the clothes really well and switches off when done, easy to empty the water from the door and to clean the filter

Bought to replace an ancient tumble dryer. Delivery was straight forward and quick. Happy with product so far. Looks good but the huge variety of programmes is a bit mind-blowing. Surprised by how much water collects in the door tank. Wasn’t expecting it to take so long to dry clothes compared to my old dryer but I understand that is the case with bear pump dryers. I’ll get used to it. Overall happy with purchase. Waiting to see the positive effect on my energy bills.

Great sized drum. Handy to have the app to notify me when the cycle is finished. Brilliant value for a heat pump dryer.

Verdict is out - there are loads of settings as opposed to two on the old dryer- Some settings seem to leave cloths damp - but I think this is intentional for ironing etc. There are settings that do dry to closer to what our old vented machine did but these are not the 'economical' settings. Will have to get used and hopefully my view will improve. The wifi feature is lost on me - when they develop something that unloads the washer into the dryer remotely - well may be useful - until then just another app on the phone

Large capacity drum and plenty of programme options. Water is collected in a removable tank on the front door and is easily emptied. A hose connection is available but needs to be bought separately. Filter is easy to clean and set up was as easy as plugging it in. Much cheaper to run than the old vented model it replaced.

Efficient and effective

Wow! After going tumble dryer free for a fair few years the laundry was piling up and it was time to invest. After some research into the most environmentally friendly options I went for this model and am so pleased I did. I'm seriously impressed!! The machine is so clever .. the connectivity is actually really handy for me. I love the way the water collects in the lift out pod in the door. It's super quiet and has done a superb job so far. Love it! Delivery and service by AO was top notch as per usual. Overall very happy with this purchase
