    Misleading description on Web site.

    This product is excellent if you wait half the day for your cloths to dry, on the Web page description it says it takes a little longer than a standard ducted drier, rubbish, it takes at least twice or even three times as long and the condensation within the utility room is horrendous, even with window ventilation as the drier is vented within the room. Not happy with it what's so ever.

    Great features on the app that you can connect to with the dryer giving lots more info on the different cycles. Clothes dry a lot quicker than I expected and it’s really easy to empty the water

    Ok but instructions could be better.

    It seems ok, takes a bit of time to get used to the instructions, working out which setting is the best, only had it a short while, so hopefully will be ok. It's good that the water is collected in the compartment in the door, although it looks like it has condensation all the time.

    Decent tumble dryer so far.

    So far so good. The time it takes to dry clothes is faster than the timer expects so that shows the dry sensor is working nicely. The only things I don't like about the product is the flimsy plastic frame above the door and the plastic dial is a bit stiff. These are minor issues, but that would have made the difference to me.

      If you’ve bought a new appliance but you don’t want us to connect it for you, all you’ll need to do is disconnect your old one and empty it, ready for us to pick up.

      If you haven’t bought a new appliance, we can still collect your old one and take it away for recycling. Our experts will recycle it safely and responsibly in our state-of-the-art facility.

      The cost of our Remove & Recycle service goes towards safely transporting the product to our recycling plant. Under the WEEE regulations, recycling costs are primarily covered by the product manufacturer.

      Also, while we’re picking up your appliance, if you’ve got any smaller kitchen electricals that need recycling – such as kettles, toasters or blenders – we’ll happily take those away too at no extra charge. Just pass them to your driver when we’re picking up your larger appliance.
