Unfortunately this is the worst electrical product I have ever purchased. The settings are overly complicated and I struggled to find one that left my clothes completely dry. The dryer does not have a reverse tumble feature, which results in bed sheets and larger items forming a tightly woven ball that needs untangling every 20 mins. According to Hoover this is expected practice for this machine (not practical). Fortunately AO were extremely helpful with my issues and I re ordered a suitable Hotpoint model that was delivered with ease. Would 100% recommend AO, would 100% not recommend this dryer.

Don't buy this if you want to use the one touch app. Its not good. Very difficult to use. But the product itself is very good. Takes less than an hour to dry a load. Downside is the drum doesn't rotate both ways so bedsheets get rolled into a ball.

Very good easy to use tumble dryer.

Washes well, easy to change temp and spin. Only downside is it’s easy to press the touch on button - but you just need to get in the habit of turning dial to off. Totally recommend.

What a ridiculous machine, 3 time settings , 3hrs 6hrs or 9hrs ? ? and a big warning sign telling you that you mustn’t turn machine off before cycle ends, also no reverse drum, so sheets come out in a ball, if I could I would return it but we’ve used it twice.

A great dryer! Easy to program and dries quickly. The drum size is a game changer.

Really pleased with the tumble dryer - Easy to use. Plenty of room in the drum and towels come out lovely and soft.

Have only used a few times, but very impressed so far. Plenty of programmes to choose from and very easy to use. Extra large drum means hubby isn't overloading this dryer, as he did with the previous one! Fairly quiet, attractive machine. Very happy with my new dryer at this point.
