Not very good starts when it feels like it not value for money would not re buy waiting for engineer to come 5days old.

Do not buy This has to be the worst dryer we have ever had. Large items like bedding just knot up into a bundle and remain wet . The outside drys and sensor switch’s machine off , you have to keeping opening and unknotting at least 6 times in the hope of getting it to dry them . Lack the reverse tumble , being returned !!

So service from AO = 5/5...but this product is hard hard work. Seems the only way I can get a load dry is to put it on for 2.5+hrs...most of the settings (there are a lot!) do not get the washing dry. Also the 'go' button is very temperamental and does not go on some of the settings. My old vented tumble dryer was a basic turn time dial and go and was fantastic..80 mins at most and dry everytime. If I had my time again, I would not buy this product! But can't fault AO order and delivery service.

Doesn't heat up enough and takes hours to dry clothes. On switch doesnt always work.

I have owed a few tumble driers over the years and this the most confusing and inefficient one I’ve had. There are far too many settings and no details (the booklet that came with the machine doesn’t help) as to which one to use. When I eventually manage to get it going it what ever is inside just bunches up, even if there are only a few things in it. It’s supposed to have a sensor so it will turn its self off when the contents are dry but they never are. I thought with buying a brand like Hoover I would be getting a good product but I’m sadly disappointed.

I’m disappointed with this dryer. It’s fine at drying smaller items but bedding or towels just roll into a ball and don’t dry. You have to keep opening the door and shaking the items out.

Takes forever to dry a load. So over complicated and instructions for each setting are so unclear. Wish we went with hotpoint again! One touch also does not work with iPhone so you can’t do the advance settings! Very disappointed with this and would advise no one to buy!

worst purchase I have ever made. multiple functions and yet none of them get hot enough to dry clothes in one setting. Never have to worry about anything shrinking but do have to worry about the extra money your spending on electric to run the dryer to get anything dried over a 3 hour period. Easier to just put on the radiator. Wish i had read the reviews on Hoover before purchasing from AO (MIGHT WANT TO CHECK HOOVERS REVIEWS). Complete waste of money. When attempting to dry bedding, just collects altogether in the middle of dryer and tangles so as wet as when put in despite it being in a cycle for 2.24. Absolute joke of a machine.
