It takes ages to dry rolled large items like bedding up in a ball and don’t dry in middle. Will cost a fortune to run no reverse tumble not a patch on my old hotpoint think I might ditch it buy another

It’s useless everything comes out creased and still damp worst tumble dryer I’ve ever bought can’t wait to sell it ??????

Don't go by the high ratings, this machine is poor at best. You would be faster drying sheets and bedding in a bucket of water, due to it has no reverse so everything just ties its self up in lumps. Takes maybe 6 hours to get bedding dry having to keep untangling it and starting it again. Hate to think how much energy it uses being absolutely useless.

Waste of time the wife said one hour and a half to get them almost dry wish we had checked on the reviews no reverse drying. cannot repeat what the wife said

To technical did not work properly service men tried to get it to work .returned to ao I now have a hot point much easier to use.

By far the worse tumble drier we have ever owned in over 40 years. The drum will only rotates clockwise which means larger items (bed linen, throws, bath towels etc) roll up into a ball and do not dry in the middle. Hoover customer service just fob you off and can offer no explanation as to why this happens, even their engineer was perplex. Will not be purchasing any other Hoover products again.

Worst tumble dryer I have ever purchased. Only rotates one way and so any sheets or larger items end up in one ball and will not dry despite having a specific programme for extra large items. The sensors are also very haphazard, at least fifty percent of the time items are still damp despite the sensors being set to cupboard dry and switching off the machine. Very poor purchase, buyer beware

Absolutely rubbish, doesn't dry clothes fully even if you select extra dry and only have a few item in. Clothes and especially bedding just tangles into a ball. Worst purchase if of a tumble dryer I have ever made.
