Very pleased with my purchase, easy to install, good space capacity in fridge, fridge door shelving perfect for those bottles of wine and milk , lovely deep draw capacity in freezer, would highly recommend

Purchased this fridge/freezer in October 2022. The fresh zone is freezing everything in it. I have been using my conservatory as a fridge since buying it. Whirlpool customer services is appalling. I have had 2 engineer visits. Apparently they need to try to repair 3 times before they will replace. You can't even get to speak to a human to discuss. I would avoid buying this product at all costs.

Replaced a 10 year old Hotpoint integrated fridge freezer with this updated but identical model. Much improved better lighting more space. The only criticism is why have you changed the position of the sliders which connect the fridge doors to the cabinet doors. Regards Colin Sims

Freezer bigger than I expected but not in a bad way. Happy with my hotpoint fridge freezer plenty of room in the fridge too. I live in an apartment with combined kichen lounge diner and the noise from the fridge freezer is minimum.

Good amount of space for the 50/50 split fridge freezer. Just beware of the dimensions given as I’m not sure they include the grill on the back. We couldn’t fit ours into the housing until we’ve moved the socket.

This FF is great, albeit it lacking in frills: spacious, clean lines and simple to set the temperature. I'm marking it down slightly as it does generate some low level noise but this probably isn't noticeable unless you're around it a lot. Very happy with value for money.

Product seems well made only issue was that the installation instructions are a mess to try to understand since there is absolutly no text or part numbers or anything to link the bits together so attaching the fridge freezer doors to the unit was a nightmare. I would have really struggled without finding some videos online. A link or QR code to an installation guide would have been handy or at least some text explaining what to do.

Excellent product, having clear drawers in both the fridge and the freezer us very helpful to see at a glance. One point regarding the fridge... the bottom slot on the door is not deep enough to hold a big milk bottle and the slots above are too deep so a big lemonade bottle doesn't fit in...luckily I kept these removable units from my old appliance and the fit perfectly in this fridge. The design of the 3 fridge door holders needs attention...a bit wider and not as deep Would definitely buy this again, very pleased overall
