    New fridge freezer

    5/5
Great value, my old one had stopped being cold enough so refreshing to get a nice blast of cold air when I open the door!

    Good quality product

    4/5
Excellent product. Definitely more space than I had before and easy to install. Had to reverse the doors but it’s fine. Did a lot of research and this was excellent value for money. They even price matched it as found it cheaper elsewhere. Taken a star off as no wine rack. Phoned AO and they said the drivers would drop my old one back, as they took my old F/F away. That was nearly 2 weeks ago and they didn’t do that ??

    Perfect sized fridge freezer

Good price, spacious drawers in the freezer. Nice to have one veg drawer in the fridge instead of them being split in two.

Good built-in fridge freezer, minor installation details let it down

    4/5
Well built and largely well designed for built-in installation. Works well in use. Note for installation are that a number of the small plastic parts for the door sliding mechanism had too much moulding flash on them so had to be trimmed carefully before fitting and the self tapping screw for the slide mechanism to fix to the door were not sharp enough to break through the metal of the door without drilling pilot holes (not noted as necessary int eh manual). Finally the main cable was about 150mm (6 inches) too short to go into a socket above the cabinet unit it was installed in requiring a shot extension lead, where a previous fridge freezer's cable had no problem reaching.

A good built-in fridge freeze let down by minor installation niggles

    4/5
This was ordered to replace an existing built in unit. It appears well made and was light enough to easily position in the existing cupboard unit. Generally a good unit, but be aware of the minor issues I detail below when it comes to installation, it made it a much longer process than ideal. First task was swapping the doors to hinge on the other side. The screw holes were very tight to fit in the new location. The cover caps for the old holes were also hard to fit as the pegs on the back were slightly bigger than necessary requiring knocking into place carefully with a hammer, I broke one fitting them. The door sliders were easy to fit, but whilst the screw hole positions were marked on the doors they had to be pilot drilled as the screws supplied would not break through the metal unassisted even with a power driver. The door sliders were easy to fit but the cover strips and caps for the screws had too much mould flash on them and needed to be delicately trimmed before successfully being fitted. Final issue, the cupboard unit (standard dimensions) I was fitting in had the power socket on the wall above , the mains flex on the appliance was about 200mm too short so a short extension lead was required.
