First of all one of the freezer draw fronts came off and then the fridge milk holder broke off, both within a week of having it! Rang AO and I’m waiting for someone to call me back once they have spoken to Hoover and they will be taking a payment from me and AO will reimburse me?? First and last time using this company. Also order a washer had to get that replaced too due to damage

At first glance this fridge/freezer seemed just what I needed. However, have since discovered that the appliance is faulty. The water dispenser is ridiculous - a plastic container which does not function properly. Water is dispensed from inside the fridge door through a pipe to the outside of the fridge door. The inside water container is horizontal and very narrow which has to be removed from the fridge to fill with water. as it is not possible to replenish the water otherwise due to the design This action inevitably results in water being spilt on the floor. The water container does not fit tightly on the fridge door and has on two occasions fallen off. Sorry to say so but I will be returning this appliance.

No room in door space

This wasn't our first choice fridge freezer and we don't really like it. Leave the fridge open for too long when trying to put the weekly shop away and it bleeps at you incessantly. Also the water dispenser is so buly you can't store a 4 pint bottle of milk in it. Indeed, our son has already tried to pull a 4 pinter out of the fridge and the holder came out and smashed all over the floor.

The fridge is a little small for me but it has got a deep salad box. The freezer has slightly more room but it doesn't have a top tray to freeze ice cubes. The fridge is very light and compact so frees up space. The water dispenser is not very good if you don't plug it into the mains as you have to remove the top tray to fill the water tray and it's quite high ( not very good for a shorty like me) overall it does the job but I thought a little expensive for what it is so hence 3 stars.

It's a good fridge but not a family fridge - so much smaller inside than I imagined. A couples fridge at best!

Got this product today and filled water dispenser up and left it for an hour to cool and when i went to use it the water comes out in drips. Took 30 minutes to fill a cup. Phoned AO and was told to wait 3 days to see if it settles. Not the best of starts.

Nice fridge freezer with good storage and seems to hold the temperature well. Only dislike is poor design of water dispenser. Having to remove top shelf in door is inconvenient and also a 4pint milk bottle only just fits.
