Very quiet and efficient air purifier. New filter system removes many more types of harmful air particles than the older model. Dyson app gives many details of the air quality and there's also a new display on the front to see quickly how well the machine is working. Not only provides heating in winter but also pure cooling air flow in summer.

Bought this for my brother who has moved into a new build property. It’s been great and one of the main things shown is the formaldehyde and how it reduces it! Plus he loves that it’s a new gadget to play with.

Nice piece of kit. It is definitely cool rather than cold, it is after all fan and is not a substitute for an A/C unit. But it is fairly quiet, looks great and being able to control it from both the remote or your phone is handy. Can I tell whether the air is purer - no, but not living close to major roads or places where i would expect we have low quality air, I am not sure I would expect to notice too much difference. It was easy to assemble - You don't really need instructions if you use common sense. The room heats up pretty quickly using the hot function and again it is pretty quiet. Its certainly not cheap but having something that is useful in summer and winter made it worthwhile to me - having thousands of gadgets is such a pain.

Quiet enough to haver on while asleep, have only used cool setting so far but cool/heating versatility was the selling point despite its price. Bit bigger than I had thought but ok.

My other Pure Cool Dyson was about six years old so I decided to buy the new hot and cold purifier and it’s simply amazing. It’s leaps and bounds better than my old one, it’s super quiet, the display goes off completely when you switch the lights out at night, it’s easy to set up and I got next day delivery ordering through AO.com.
