Very good all working fine and delivery went smoothly.

Had to have one in hurry, as old one broke down. nothing in local shops. Looked on AO.com lot of names we never heard of? Wanted basic fridge/freezer, deliver within 48hrs, old one was 60/40 New Hotpoint 50/50 thought we had made mistake as smaller than old one, went for big shop, wow this fridge can hold all we want. Freezer has 4 drawers instead of the old 3, much better for storing items can see exactly what is in drawers without lifting items out. Very quiet, 1st wk kept checking it was on. With been smaller fits flush with kitchen units. Nice matt silver finish. 2 very happy customers.

The fridge freezer is great and quiet.

Very quiet compared to previous fridge freezer so that's a bonus and nice and cold. Not as deep though so the vegetable drawer at bottom doesn't hold much. Overall a good fridge freezer though.

Very easy to order online with AO. Good price and lots of ways to pay. Had a good choice of delivery dates. The delivery time was exactly as I’d requested and the 2 delivery people were fantastic unpacking and placing my fridge freezer where I needed it. The hotpoint fridge freezer is a lovely shade anthracite. It looks very sleek and runs quietly. Perfect overall

We needed a specific size to fit in a space and this was perfect. All seems to be working okay and the delivery team did a great job change door opening.
