Terrible dishwasher. Wasn’t dissolving dishwasher tablets (any brand I tried), grime left on dishes, cutlery going rusty. Hisense sent an engineer out who had no idea why even after I’d run cleaners etc though it which I shouldn’t have to do on a new machine. Hisense offered me £30 compensation to keep the dishwasher!!!!

This product looks great but is constantly breaking down. In all the months we have had it we may have only had a month's worth of actual working usage. It is under warranty and have attempted to have it fixed on multiple occasions but seems that the warranty/manufacturer doesn't have the parts needed to fix it. Always coming up with the error code f24. Don't recommend at all

I really hate this dishwasher. The first one that we received had a warped piece of trim, that kept falling off the front. I complained straight away, and AO responded very well, sending a replacement dishwasher out the next day. But it is really flimsy. The door flexes when you open and close it. The trays don't fit the dishwasher exactly, so they don't pull out smoothly, and a wheel is entirely missing from the lower tray. Seems to wash OK so far but it doesn't seem robust.

Doesnt fit under standard worktop!!! Protrudes by 22mm if you have a cold feed pipe behind wich you need to supply dishwasher! very deep dishwasher! Wasnt a prob with my old kenwwod but a massive issue with this 1! Ok iff u like your dishwaher nearly an inch proud of ure worktop in your lovely new kitchen!! Bareley enough room behind for the waste pipe supplied! V bad design?? u have been warned!!!

Used once, door won't open. Will be 1 month from installation to engineer visit. Utter garbage.

Looks nice, and has some nice design features like the prongs in the racks folding down to give more flexibility. It's quiet, but even on the longest cycles, many of the dishes aren't coming out clean. It seems to lack the power of the older machine it replaced.

First one the temp board went and no replacement so replaced with another. Doesn’t seem to drain properly and leaves residue on crockery.
