Cleans lovely very pleased.

I am really impressed with my dishwasher it looks really smart and stylish tonnes off space inside especially with having its own cutlery draw it's connected to my phone so my Boyz for jobs take in turns loading and unloading it so I can keep them up to date who s turn it is with notifications when it's finished the dishwasher is so quiet you have to check it's on brilliant really impressed

The machine is good, but note that getting spare parts is a nightmare. Our "coarse strainer" broke, which is not that shocking as its a plastic part with plastic flap bits which are hard to clean - they eventually broke off. You can't use the machine without it as its the bit that catches all the food that comes off your plates. Finding a spare part that we could verify would fit the machine was a task of its one. Hisense themselves don't sell the parts and send you to some call centre where you can't even see the parts (why don't they have a website?!). They said they didn't have it and that was that. This machine model seems to be a bit obscure so not all spare parts websites sell compatible ones. You just have to order some hope they fit and if not return them.

The dishwasher works well overall. I struggled a bit with the instructions and working out the settings like choosing how hard your water is etc. and still not sure which cycle to run on the dishwasher as the first cycle I ran some of my dishes were still dirty but I think it’s because I accidentally only did the half a load setting. But the feature where the door opens automatically to allow your dishes to dry is fantastic. And it’s handy to have the app to tell you when your dishwasher cycle has ended and when to top up your salt and rinse aid etc. I’ve only had the dishwasher for a week but so far so good! ??

Dishwasher was abit tight even with the feet fully lowered to fit in our kitchen. However it is easy to use and is extremely quiet ??. Instruction booklet doesn't give enough information that is required

Bit complicated to set up. Helps if you download the user manual. Very surprised to discover it really does dry the dishes even on eco setting provided you follow the instructions to let it alone until the END appears. Still lots more to learn about it but it looks promising.

Fantastic product, works as described after using BEKO for a long time, changing it up to Hisense has been a very good choice. We like the added feature of the top drawer being for cutlery. Brilliant!
