Terrible. It completely stopped working after 2 months. Contacted Hotpoint guarantee provider to get it fixed within the guarantee - it took ages to get someone on the phone, and the soonest they are sending an engineer is 9 days after it initially broke down (and this is only to look at the problem, won't be fixing it on the day). A FF is not something a family can live without for such a long time! Terrible disappointed with the product and the postsale support.

the touch pad is a hassle, otherwise pretty good

Some of the shelf spacing are a bit tight and door shelves not as flexible as they should be. Also, the compressor of the fridge/ freezer sometimes makes some horrendous popping noises (fortunately few and far between).

Great size for a large family.

It's quiet, it's roomy, and I'm delighted! The other reviews worried me - I nearly didn't buy it - but I can't hear it (ok, I heard it when initially plugged in whilst it got to temp but how often does that happen?!). We've gone from 50/50 to 70/30 and barely lost any freezer space but gained loads of fridge space so I have nothing but good things to say! This is an all-round win!

Great Fridge Freezer. There is loads of space in the Fridge; it is well designed with good shelves. The controls are easy to use and so far it is holding the temp perfectly. It does make some odd noises, but nothing that bothers us.

BIG fridge, lots of storage and temperatures are around 3 degrees throughout. So great at keeping veg etc fresh. Like the drawers especially the top tray in the freezer
