    5 star service, excellent prices!

    5/5
Our first Hisense dishwasher was declared unrepairable due to a main- board failure 2 years and 10 months from purchase...definitely NOT 5* But, before it broke it was brilliant, so we replaced it with the newer model of the same machine. It is great, all but silent, brilliant cleaning, lovely shiny dry dishes, pots and glasses, all in the same load. Love the indicator light, and the auto door opening to assist fast dry. AO have been great, excellent service, lovely delivery team, all round 5*.

    Great product

    5/5
Great product at a reasonable price. Easy to use and with a 16 place load we use it less than with our previous one.

    Super product

Super dishwasher, knocks spots off our old one and the addition of the light inside when loading is excellent. Very pleased

    Rusty Hisense

    1/5
At this moment the dishwasher is proving to be poor quality. Hisense customer service is poor. The dishwasher is about 2 weeks old, a single screw inside the dishwasher started to rust. I contacted Hisense immediately and have waited now 2 weeks for a single screw to be posted. It has now rusted so much that I fear the prospect of trying to replace it. They suggested it’s not something worth sending an engineer for. Hey, it’s only a 400+ dishwasher that’s rusting after two weeks - who cares? Well, not Hisense. Aside from this issue, the dishwasher is good.

    OK, but poor racking design

    3/5
Some nice touches: the internal light that comes on when you open the door and the light that shines on the floor at the front to show you that it's on. It also has a good range of program options, including a decent 1 hour wash, and the instructions give clear info on how much energy each programme uses. It's got two failings. Firstly, the door closure mechanism is not strong enough for a wooden decor door. With the door springs fully adjusted (and I tried both ends of the range), it makes no difference, you have to manually pull the door open and push it closed with what feels like no assistance from the springs. Secondly, it has the same internal design fault as many do: Dishwasher manufacturers seem to reckon that it makes the dishwasher more desirable if it can hold loads of place settings. What that means in practice is that the racking gets designs to hold things too close together, so that if you have any crockery that is not flat (like bowls, for example), if won't fit in the racking. The cutlery rack on this one is poor too, with design apparently more influenced by a desire to claim that it fits a lot in than practical utility. Overall, it's OK. It washes the dishes as it should, although because of the problems stacking in the racking there is a choice to be made between running it without it being full, or hoping for the best and finding that some things (notably bowls stacked without adequate gap between them and cutlery) need to be re-done. I've not attempted to link it to WiFi. Why anyone wants to control their dishwasher from their mobile is beyond me (although perhaps my mobile could tell me that I turned it on and shut the door--- WHICH IS NOT ENOUGH to make it start... you have to remember to press "go" as well, which I am not in the habit of doing yet, and which seems like a pointless additional process to me).
