Not that impressed yet? Although it says door opens after cycle to aid drying when finished, this is only on certain programs?? Booklet with operating instructions limited information, not everyone wants to download. them. Should have paid more for a A or B electricity usage machine. This one seems to need higher temperatures to get everything clean. Not impressed with drying. Time will tell.

Had the dishwasher for 22 months then main circuit board broke. Dishwasher ok up to this point and very quiet. We have high level of daily use and all brands break equally - we were taking a risk using Hisense as a different brand. Problem was dealing with Hisense customer service and would recommend not buying the product for this reason alone. Involved three different engineers one of whom didn’t turn up. Appalling service and time consuming and they clearly were very busy and didn’t know what they were doing. Do not buy.

It is early days, but so far this has delivered fantastic results. The capacity is huge, we are a busy family of 5, with kids who use multiple cups at once (as they do!) and would have sometimes had to load 2 times a day previously. This does fit enough to do plates / cups / pans in one load. We trialled a ceramic oven dish with burnt on pasta / sauce and it came out sparkling on an intensive wash. The soft prongs and area for tall or stemmed glasses is so handy and keeps it all safe and avoids things falling over. Extra tall items can be accomodated by sliding the cutlery tray over which is a great option. You just need to remember to put the heavy pans at the back where the extra wash arms are. Even on short washes for lighter soiled items, or quick hour cycles for rinsing items used in prep for meals, everything has come out clean. The drying function is great, and even plastics are dried well. The supplied manual is not so great, and it took a while to navigate the settings, but there is a more detailed one avialable online. I'm a geek, and like to look at the optimum recommended loading images. Husband is relatively handy, and he plumbed it in easily and fitted door. The only gripe is that the cuttlery drawer has a limited height for items before they wil catch on the washer arm, so things like tongs or deep utensils have to be put on lower racks. Fitting bowls into dishwashers is a gripe, I just cannot fathom how they would ever clean effectively if singly spaced, so always space over 2/3 prongs, but this is the same with all washers that I've used, so a 'me' problem and not a machine issue. Husband has tried the remote wi-fi settings and all worked well. I joined a review site to source products, my last one was a best buy and lasted 16yrs, and this one is also now a best buy, only scoring marginally less that the options in top spots, but hundreds of pounds less. Couldn't be happier.

Great dishwasher, fairly priced, lots of space and several programmes to suit all needs. Highly recommended.

Good dishwasher for the price but not good for non standard cupboards - leaves a gap between the worktop

Quiet operation. Well designed baskets for all my different sizes of pots and cutlery. It also dries supremely well.

Easy to use and very helpful with the interior light so you can see what you are doing with the dishes putting them in for wash and taking them out afterwards ??
