Thought we would have to replace my daughter’s carpet after a serious makeup catastrophe- not on Henry’s watch!!! Great carpet cleaner - instructions to put it together aren’t the most detailed but YouTube is your friend! Easy to clean and doesn’t get clogged with dog hair like the upright we had previously. Heavy when full but holds 5l of cleaning solution which is enough to do our whole downstairs in one go. Upholstery tool fab for more stubborn stains.

Product itself was very disappointing whilst in the very short time it worked but ao were excellent in resolving the issue, took it back and swapped for a different cleaner hassle free

Easy to assemble following the instructions. Good results from the product. Would recommend this carpet cleaner to anyone looking for a product that's easy to use with pleasing results
