Thought we would have to replace my daughter’s carpet after a serious makeup catastrophe- not on Henry’s watch!!! Great carpet cleaner - instructions to put it together aren’t the most detailed but YouTube is your friend! Easy to clean and doesn’t get clogged with dog hair like the upright we had previously. Heavy when full but holds 5l of cleaning solution which is enough to do our whole downstairs in one go. Upholstery tool fab for more stubborn stains.

Good machine, I found that I have to put quite a bit of pressure on the wand when sucking the water up, quite heavy but other than that a fantastic cleaner and great value for money

Having had The henry vacuum cleaner for many years now helped me to choose the carpet cleaning model because of the robust build. I am pleased to say the build quality of these machines still exist and price is still good value for a machine that I think will last for many years to come. No fancy gimmicks just a good basic cleaner. Regards Colin C

Fantastic product and even better price! The only thing was the range of accessories is limited I would have liked to see the basic accessories you get in an original basic Henry vacuum.

I’ve used twice now and it would be perfect IF it had a scrubbing attachment for small spaces. Our stairs are in need of more than a rinse and a small brush attachment would be good. Other than that- it worked miracles on my daughters carpet.. what a relief!

I’ve used one of these machines before and I find them a good machine the only negative thing they’re a bit fiddly when emptying and topping the solution up again I’ve used the Karcher and they’re easy to do but they’re not as compact machine to use so there is a price to pay for the compact size

Good product- much gentler on carpets then vax models. Easy to put together, sturdy pieces. Would recommend
