Have had this since September and the reviews and previous experiances with Haier products were positive. We have had nothing but problems since we got it. Yes it is quiet etc and does a good job of cleaing, but here are some issues: Operating the machine is clumsy and not very well thought through. We get load balancing errors consitently. After a few months use we now have a heating error and no idea if the covered warranty will fix. Customer service is poor from Haier so far. Not sure I could recomend this machine and would not get a Haier again.

Excellent machine. Extremely quiet and washers clothes better than our old machine. Clothes are less creased when they come out, some don't even need ironing. The door boot seal has drainage holes in so you don't get that build up of water after every wash that a lot of other machines have, so a quick wipe is all that's needed to keep the washer clean and fresh for the next wash. We'd never heard of the brand before but we will certainly be recommending it to others. We can't think of anything we don't like about it.

Absolutely love this washing machine - always had the “bigger” brands like Bosch but this blows them out of the water. GREAT product that is SO quiet - I will be recommending Haier and ao.com to anyone that will listen! Thank you!

It is without a doubt the best washing machine I’ve ever had with it’s A+++ ratings it’s sooo quiet we have to keep checking wether we’ve remembered to put it on all you can hear is the drum bearings turning very quietly and the washing falling over in the drum the noisiest part is the water filling it up and the door lock when the load has finished It looks brilliant if that’s important to you i think it is This machine is heavy and very solidly made I’ve put some of those little glider pads on the feet so it can be slid in and out easier on our stone tile floors I must add I’m not very often impressed with purchased appliances I’m really not they always feel cheap and nasty and i never do reviews but this machine has blown my mind sooo much i had to leave this review and even in this nasty epidemic i still can’t believe how fast AO delivered it as they always do on anything I’ve bought from them their like a magic wand you see the picture click on it and there’s a knock at the door and it’s there, my star rating for AO and this truly amazing machine isn’t 5 out of 5 it’s actually 10 out of 5 I’m that impressed thanks AO and HAIER

This is the cheapest (Purchase price + running cost) 10kg washing machine which is also under 70 decibels at it's loudest. A low annual electricity consumption means it's cheaper over 5 years than washing machines much cheaper (£270ish). About the washing machine though, I can now work from home in the dining room while it's running in the adjacent kitchen as it's reasonably silent throughout 99% of the cycle and the last few minutes when it's on 1400rpm it's not loud enough to disturb my work calls. I also bought a £5 rubber mat from Screwfix to further improve how quiet it is. Well worth purchasing as it makes sliding it in (little squirt of washing up liquid under the mat) MUCH easier than when I tried without. Clothes are coming out with a lot less moisture than our previous washing. I've also gone from 7kg to 10kg and it's night and day. Should mean a lot less washes going on. Finally 15 minute express is handy for individuals who feel the need to, I use the eco setting as it's much cheaper to run, clothes come out great and I don't live my life dangerously in terms of the amount of underwear I own, I'm in no rush. Can also delay a cycle so I load up the night before, delay until 5am-ish and it's ready to hang out before I start work and doesn't wake us. Really great washing machine so far!

Quiet and quick ! Such a big change from a noisy washing machine, great settings and would recommend.

I love this machine! It has reduced my wash loads due to its large capacity. You can alter any washes to fix your needs and it will remember the last wash you set each time you turn it on. It turns itself off at the end of a cycle and it is so quiet. It washes better than any machine I've ever owned; and we have some pretty filthy washing in a farming household!

Nice looking washer, washes clothes quickly and efficiently, only slight down side is that on a few of the cycles it doesn’t tell you how long the wash is going to take before you start the cycle, otherwise fantastic
